This past year has been one for the books! Despite a challenging year for so many organizations, resiliency and optimism still remain.
For Snap Surveys, 2021 marked a celebratory milestone of 40 years in business providing professional survey software, data collection and research services, and customized survey solutions to customers across the globe. 2021 also marked the release of Snap XMP, our new Experience Measurement Platform. Snap XMP harnesses the power of Snap Desktop with upgraded capabilities and combines it with the new features of Snap Online for seamless survey design, data collection, and feedback management.
With 2021 coming to a close, we want to extend our best wishes and say how thankful we are for the support of our customers throughout the year.

As we take a look ahead, 2022 innovation is key for Snap Surveys with enhancements and additions to Snap XMP. Snap XMP is perfect for collaborating with colleagues and clients on survey research projects, in-office or in a remote-working environment. Early in the New Year, we’ll welcome the release of an API (Application Programming Interface) to communicate with other applications.
We’ll continue to release professional pre-built survey solutions with built-in reporting available on our Marketplace. Currently available solutions include a Customer Satisfaction Survey – choose up to 17 attitude questions to evaluate your Happiness Index and NPS (Net Promoter Score) to measure how customers value of your brand. We also offer an Employee Experience Survey focused on engaging with your employees during remote working. It covers important issues such as engagement, connection to the rest of the team, productivity, equipment, and more.
More pre-built survey solutions with built-in reporting will become available including an Employee Engagement Survey, Event Experience Survey, Residential Tenants Survey, and more. Our goal is to provide small to medium-sized businesses with ready-to-run solutions that are easy-to-use, quick to set-up, and includes insightful reporting.
