I am now a longstanding customer of SNAP and have worked with them for a few years.  I have been supported by the same researcher with various projects throughout my time.  The researcher has impressed me so much – and has helped me again and again over the years that we have worked together.  I came to her with no idea how I was going to implement my project (I have to periodically survey people in around a hundred locations which are in eight ‘areas’ across the UK and Republic of Ireland).  She has designed a system so that we can see what each setting is saying, what each area is saying and then the whole of the UK and the ROI.   She has made great suggestions about how to phrase questions, present findings and layout our surveys. She has also  been very flexible, is very responsive to emails and just incredibly nice to work with. Tonight she has gone out of her way to help me get the information that I need – and on a Friday night when she should be spending time with her friends and family. I am sure I won’t be the only customer that she will have helped like this, out of hours, and for no personal gain. She is an absolute blessing and has helped me so much.  My experience of working with SNAP Surveys has been incredibly positive.

The Snap team recently helped us to translate a complex set of questions and formulas into a working ‘quiz’ that calculates instant results for the end user. We can now build on and duplicate new versions of this to distribute around our network going forward.
