Snap XMP Offline Interviewer and Participants

Snap XMP collects data through its Offline Interviewer app on tablets, smartphones, and kiosks without needing a reliable internet connection. This course shows how to connect the Offline Interviewer to the Snap XMP Online platform for downloading surveys and uploading responses.

Objective

Attending this course will enable you to:

  • Set up a survey for SOI and share with an interviewer
  • Attach files to offline survey responses, e.g. images, audio recordings, or PDFs
  • Upload and manage a participant list for distribution
  • Save and resume interviews
  • View live survey results
