Leeds Metropolitan University student feedback

Leeds Metropolitan University wanted to simplify the process for gathering feedback from thousands of students on hundreds of different courses, and give university staff instant access to the results.

Using Snap Surveys, they were able to set up unique, secure logins for each student to access a personalised feedback page where they can see a list of modules for which feedback is required. Students receive automated email invites and reminders for outstanding evaluations.

Staff members can now personalise the questionnaires with details from the enrolment system, and log in to view real time Smart Reports. The Smart Reports can be viewed by course, department, or tutor using a standard report template.

Leeds Met installed our online survey management system, on their servers so that they have complete control over the survey and data collected.

Student Course Evaluation System

Frederick Community College in Maryland, USA, needed an online system for students to give feedback on courses and instructors. The system needed to be straight forward to use, and give faculty staff access to real-time, benchmarked results.

FCC used Snap Surveys to set up student logins, where they can see a personalised list of courses that they need to leave feedback for. Automated email invitations and reminders are sent to help students keep up to date with feedback.

Faculty staff can now view and share real-time reports that contain course satisfaction shown as a mean score, response levels for each instructor, and all student comments. Reports also contain benchmarking between departments, courses, instructors and the whole school.
