Manually downloading the latest surveys

If you do not have auto-synchronize enabled you need to manually synchronize the data. You may also wish to manually synchronize between the auto-synchronize updates.

Select Sync in the top right hand corner to manually download the latest surveys available or if there are no surveys or forms shown.

When the surveys are downloaded you will see a Surveys Downloaded message above the surveys.

NOTE: The response data is synchronized at the same time.
