Ensure you get accurate data and your survey is simple to complete with our extensive response validation options.

  • Make any question mandatory.
  • Specify a minimum or maximum number of replies to multiple choice questions.
  • Add “None of the above”, or “Not applicable” answers to deselect all other choices.
  • Validation is active when scanning or manually keying paper survey replies.
  • Accept only a specific value, or range of values for numeric, date or time response questions.
  • Validate answers to match a predefined or custom format, for example; postcode, email address or your own unique ID format.
